MEETING OF THE HEAD OF THE DANGARA FREE ECONOMIC ZONE WITH INVESTORS FROM THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

Within the framework of the state policy of the Republic of Tajikistan aimed at promoting industrial development and attracting foreign investment, implemented under the leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, a meeting was held on 24 July 2026 at the Administration of the Dangara Free Economic Zone between the Head of the Administration, Mr. Sobirzoda Jamshed Abdusaid, and investors from the People’s Republic of China.

During the meeting, the guests were provided with comprehensive information on the activities of the Dangara Free Economic Zone, opportunities for establishing modern manufacturing enterprises, the existing infrastructure, tax and customs incentives, and other advantages provided under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The parties held detailed discussions on expanding economic and trade cooperation, introducing advanced technologies, establishing competitive manufacturing industries, strengthening export potential, and implementing new investment projects.
The investors highly appreciated the favorable investment climate, the business-friendly environment, and the strong support provided by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to investors, expressing their readiness to establish long-term mutually beneficial cooperation and implement joint investment projects within the Dangara Free Economic Zone.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation, attracting foreign investment, and ensuring the successful implementation of new investment projects.
