The management of the Chinese company “HE LI” signed with the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the Agreement on the construction of an oil refinery on the territory of the Dangara FEZ. To realize this goal, according to this Agreement, OOO “TK Oil” was founded, the general director of which is me.
With the help of the FEZ Administration, we obtained all necessary permits, all our invited specialists were granted visas of the Republic of Tajikistan, a plot of land was allocated for the construction of the plant, water, electricity, roads to our sites were drawn. The administration does everything to ensure that our employees and builders of our plant were comfortable.
At the moment, the construction of the plant is completed by 95% and we intend to put the plant into operation by June 30, 2017. Our plant will be the largest oil refinery in Central Asia, the volume of investment is about 500 million US dollars. The plant’s capacity is processing 1.2 million tons of crude oil. Many thanks to the Administration for their assistance.

We learned about the opening of the free economic zone “Dangara” from the mouth of Chinese investors. We arrived in the Republic of Tajikistan, met with the leadership of FEZ “Dangara”. They took us very warmly, allocated 4 hectares of land for the construction of the future steel plant.
The volume of our investment in the construction of this plant is 20 million US dollars. For two years with the help of the FEZ Administration we have built this plant. The processing capacity of the plant is 120 thousand tons of metal.
The administration of the FEZ helped us in everything. In a short time, a line of water, electricity, road to the territory of our site was conducted. All our specialists were granted visas of the Republic of Tajikistan. We are waiting for the grand opening of our factory. We thank the Administration of the FEZ for its support.

We are one of the first subjects of FEZ “Dangara”. We decided that we will build an enterprise for the production of household chemicals.
The management of FEZ “Dangara” comprehensively helped us in this process. They provided our company with water, electricity and road to our door. They also help in obtaining a visa for specialists from foreign countries, which greatly contributes to our business.
Thanks to their support, we built and launched production in the shortest possible time in the month of March 2014, where the opening ceremony was attended by the Honorable President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
