MEETING OF THE HEAD OF THE DANGARA FREE ECONOMIC ZONE WITH AN INVESTOR FROM THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

Within the framework of the state policy of the Republic of Tajikistan aimed at industrial development and the attraction of foreign investment, implemented under the leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, a meeting was held on June 22, 2026, at the Administration of the Dangara Free Economic Zone between the Head of the Administration, Sobirzoda Jamshed Abdusaid, and an investor from the People’s Republic of China.

During the meeting, the investor was provided with detailed information on the Zone’s activities, opportunities for establishing manufacturing enterprises, available infrastructure, as well as tax and customs incentives and other advantages provided under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The parties also discussed the expansion of economic and trade cooperation, the introduction of modern technologies, the establishment of competitive production facilities, and the implementation of joint investment projects.
The investor expressed strong interest in the investment potential of the Dangara Free Economic Zone and highly appreciated the favorable conditions created for business activities and the government support available to investors.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their readiness to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation and implement new investment projects.
