Participation of the Head of the Dangara Free Economic Zone Administration in the International Economic Forum of Central Asia

On July 22, 2025, the head of the Dangara Free Economic Zone Administration took part in the International Economic Forum of Central Asia, which was held at the initiative of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and in cooperation with the Trade Council of Tajikistan and Russia in the hall of the National Library of Tajikistan.

The Forum was led by Akhliddin Nuriddinzoda, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Semien Grigoriev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Tajikistan, and Murat Kerefov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, with the participation of representatives of ministries and departments, business and investment circles of Central Asian countries and other development partners.

During the forum, the head of the Dangara Free Economic Zone held fruitful meetings and negotiations with a number of foreign investors, familiarized them with the available opportunities and infrastructure of the region, favorable investment conditions and measures to support the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Dangara free economic zone.

As a result of meetings and negotiations between the administration of the Dangara SEZ and one of the foreign investors, a memorandum of understanding was signed, creating a favorable basis for strengthening and expanding further economic and investment cooperation.

The administration of the Dangara Free Economic Zone expresses its gratitude to all domestic and foreign partners for their constructive cooperation and continued support, and expresses its readiness to further expand bilateral and multilateral cooperation in the field of economics and investment.
