On June 17, 2026, the Head of the Administration of the Free Economic Zone “Dangara”, Mr. Sobirzoda Jamshed Abdusaid, received investors from the Islamic Republic of Iran.
During the meeting, the parties discussed strengthening economic and investment cooperation, attracting foreign investment into priority sectors of the economy, establishing manufacturing enterprises, and implementing joint projects within the territory of the Free Economic Zone “Dangara”.

During the discussion, the Head of the Administration provided detailed information about the activities of FEZ “Dangara”, its favorable investment climate, and the incentives established under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. In particular, it was noted that FEZ entities benefit from tax and customs incentives, simplified business procedures, access to engineering and communication infrastructure, as well as favorable conditions for manufacturing and export-oriented activities.
The investors were also introduced to the geographical and logistical advantages of the zone, opportunities for developing competitive industries, processing raw materials, producing export-oriented goods, and establishing joint ventures.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further expand mutually beneficial cooperation, attract foreign investment, and implement new investment projects within FEZ “Dangara”, while reaffirming their interest in developing long-term economic and trade relations.
