On 2 July 2026, the Head of the Danghara Free Economic Zone Administration, Sobirzoda Jamshed Abdusaid, held a meeting with a delegation of investors from the People’s Republic of China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, the parties discussed the expansion of investment and economic cooperation, the attraction of foreign direct investment, the implementation of new industrial projects, and the investment opportunities and incentives available within the Danghara Free Economic Zone.
\nIt was emphasized that, under the constructive policies and continuous support of the Founder of Peace and National Unity \u2013 Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, a favorable investment climate has been established to promote entrepreneurship, attract domestic and foreign investment, and ensure the effective development of the country’s free economic zones. The delegation was also briefed on tax and customs incentives, available infrastructure, and government support mechanisms for investors.
\nBoth sides highly appreciated the friendly, brotherly, and strategic partnership between the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China, noting that these strong bilateral relations provide a solid foundation for expanding mutually beneficial economic cooperation and implementing joint investment projects.
\nAt the conclusion of the meeting, the parties discussed the proposed construction of a solar panel manufacturing plant within the Danghara Free Economic Zone and expressed their commitment to strengthening future cooperation and advancing new investment initiatives.<\/p>\n
