The management of the Chinese company “HE LI” signed with the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the Agreement on the construction of an oil refinery on the territory of the Dangara FEZ. To realize this goal, according to this Agreement, OOO “TK Oil” was founded, the general director of which is me.
With the help of the FEZ Administration, we obtained all necessary permits, all our invited specialists were granted visas of the Republic of Tajikistan, a plot of land was allocated for the construction of the plant, water, electricity, roads to our sites were drawn. The administration does everything to ensure that our employees and builders of our plant were comfortable.
At the moment, the construction of the plant is completed by 95% and we intend to put the plant into operation by June 30, 2017. Our plant will be the largest oil refinery in Central Asia, the volume of investment is about 500 million US dollars. The plant’s capacity is processing 1.2 million tons of crude oil.
