Visit of investors from the People’s Republic of China to the Dangara Free Economic Zone

On September 25, 2025, a group of investors from the People’s Republic of China was warmly welcomed by the leadership of the Administration of the Free Economic Zone “Dangara”. During the familiarization tour, the guests visited a number of manufacturing enterprises in the Zone and got acquainted with the process of their activities, production capacity and development opportunities of the sectors.

After the visit, an official meeting was held in the Administration’s conference room. During the meeting, the head of the Administration familiarized investors with the constructive policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the direct support of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, regarding free economic zones, especially attracting foreign investment.

At the same time, the existing opportunities and conditions for establishing enterprises and developing trade were explained in detail to Chinese investors. The Chinese side expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation and the conditions created and expressed readiness to continue mutually beneficial cooperation.

Investors from the People’s Republic of China expressed their sincere gratitude to the leadership and staff of the Administration and invited the head of the Region to visit and familiarize themselves with the economic and industrial opportunities of China.

This visit is another important step in expanding friendly relations and economic cooperation between two friendly and fraternal countries – the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China, and creates a favorable basis for the implementation of joint projects and attracting more investment.
